I am a cross-disciplinary student, though I like to define myself as a Music Technology Engineer that can play the violin.

I started my Music studies when I was 5, and I started programming computers when I was 8. Since then, I’ve been looking for a way to merge this fields that somehow structured my life.

After many years of experimenting, hacking and building things at home, I am finally getting into it. I hope to finish my undergraduate studies next summer getting a bachelor on Music, another one on EE (Audiovisual Systems) and a lot of research experience from the great people at the Music Technology Group (Barcelona).

I’m currently spending some time in Canada, recording violinists full of weird sensors at McGill University while I write my end of bachelor thesis.

Fun fact: Llimona, my last name, means “lemon” in Catalan. That’s where my nickname comes from.
